1. About us Yonari Deals is a US-based retailer offering handmade and small-batch pottery, ceramics, and tableware sourced directly from independent makers and studios.

2. Products and pricing We do our best to ensure product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate. Because our pieces are handmade, slight variations in color, glaze, and shape between the photo and the item you receive are normal and not considered errors. We reserve the right to correct pricing or listing errors and to cancel orders affected by such errors, in which case you will be fully refunded.

3. Order acceptance Your order is an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, errors in pricing or availability, or issues with a maker's stock.

4. Shipping Orders ship directly from the maker or studio producing your item. Estimated delivery is 3–5 business days after processing (1–2 business days). See our Shipping Policy for full details.

5. Returns and refunds Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, with free return shipping and no restocking fee. See our Return & Refund Policy for full details.

6. Intellectual property All content on this site — including product photography, descriptions, and the Yonari Deals name and logo — is owned by us or our maker partners and may not be copied or reused without permission.

7. User conduct You agree not to misuse the site, including attempting unauthorized access, interfering with site operation, or using the site for unlawful purposes.

8. Limitation of liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, Yonari Deals is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products purchased, beyond the value of your order.

9. Governing law These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Yonari Deals is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
