Shipping policy

Where we ship from: Our pieces are made and shipped directly by the individual potters and studios we partner with across the United States. Because each item comes from its maker, shipment origin varies by product.

Processing time: Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days of purchase.

Delivery time: Standard delivery takes 3–5 business days after processing, depending on the maker's location and your shipping address.

Shipping costs: Calculated at checkout based on your address and order size.

Tracking: You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order leaves the studio.

Multiple items: If your order includes pieces from more than one maker, items may arrive in separate packages on different days. This is normal and doesn't mean part of your order was lost.

Damaged in transit: Pottery is fragile. If your item arrives damaged, contact us at yonarideals@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damage and your order number, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.
