Refund policy

We want you to love your piece. If something isn't right, here's how returns work:

Return window: You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery.

Condition: Items must be unused and in their original condition/packaging. Because each piece is handmade, slight variations in glaze, shape, or color are normal and not considered defects.

How to start a return: Email yonarideals@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you instructions — since items ship from individual makers, return addresses vary by product.

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you and process your refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Non-returnable items: None at this time — all items are eligible for return within the window above.

Damaged or defective items: See Shipping Policy above — these are handled as replacements/refunds, not standard returns.
