Payment Warranty

Purchase protection
When you complete a payment on yonari.shop, your transaction is protected through Shopify's secure, PCI-compliant payment system. We warrant that all payments processed through our site are handled securely and that we do not have access to or store your full card details.

Product warranty
We stand behind the quality of the pottery and ceramics we sell. If an item arrives defective, damaged, or materially different from its description (outside of the normal handmade variations in glaze, color, or shape), you are covered under our Return & Refund Policy — contact us within 7 days of delivery for a replacement or refund.

No warranty against misuse
This warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, improper use, or handling after delivery (for example, ceramics that are not labeled dishwasher- or microwave-safe).

Chargebacks and disputes
If you believe there's an issue with a charge, we ask that you contact us directly at yonarideals@gmail.com first so we can resolve it quickly — most issues can be settled faster this way than through a bank dispute.

Refund guarantee
If a payment is charged in error (duplicate charge, incorrect amount, or a cancelled order), we guarantee a full refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of the issue being confirmed.
